LIVE INTERACTIVE ONLINE SESSIONS HOURS

Appointments for our LIVE INTERACTIVE ONLINE progam during the 2008-9 academic year can be made as follows:

Mondays through Thursday -     3:00 pm to 7:00 pm US PACIFIC TIME
Friday -                                      12:00 noon to 5:00 pm US PACIFIC TIME



HOW IT WORKS - FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS

First, enroll your student in Prep4CollegeNow.com (Click Here)

Once you have paid the appropriate annual fee, make online appointments (up to 10 at a time) (Click Here)

You will receive a link to a LIVE INTERACTIVE web page which has an interactive whiteboard, voice and chat - everything you need!!

You will receive reminder emails for your appointments so that you can't forget

When it's time for each appointment, just go to that web link, sign in with your username and password (you will choose them when making your first appointment), and your counselor will be there


For a better interactive session, we suggest that you obtain the following inexpensive equipment (our counselors all have them):

A USB or other headset wth a microphone to plug into your computer or laptop (about $30). This will enable you to speak LIVE with your counselor.

A USB or other digital writing tablet (about $60). You can use your mouse but the digital writing pad makes it smoother and is really cool.

An optional web cam for your computer if you and your online counselor wish to use video as well.
